General Orders received before 11am Monday to Saturday, will be delivered the same day within the Auckland City region.

Orders received after 11am will be delivered the following day, however we would try our best to deliver it the same day if requested, but there is no guarantee.

There are no deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Once you have placed an order and it is accepted a receipt will be emailed to the email address you specified

Please ensure that delivery details you provide to are correct.
You will be charged a re-direction fee if the original address provided by you is incorrect, so please check that you have the correct delivery address to save time and unnecessary hassles.

Please provide ward number and correct name (female patient might have checked in under their married name or maiden name).
We will check with the hospital first, as often patient has checked out of the hospital by the time gift arrived.
It is advisable to send gift to the recipient's home incase they have been discharged or had a posponement.

Couriers sometimes experience difficulties in deliveries to apartments because;
(1) there is no safe place to leave gifts behind when no one is home
(2) some apartments are security coded and access to these apartments are difficult.

Please ensure that a phone number is provided to avoid any problems

Orders received before 11am Monday to Friday can be delivered the same day, as long as it is not a rural address, these will be delivered the following day.
Please note some florists do not deliver Saturday and there are no deliveries to Hospitals in the UK.
